An important project I initiated while at SFAI was SFAI Works, a social entrepreneurship incubator that supports New Mexico entrepreneurs engaged in promoting social change through creativity. SFAI Works brings together entrepreneurs who have an idea for developing a project, system, or network that responds to a pressing social issue through creative work. SFAI Works is a hotbed for putting ideas into action and creating measurable social impact. At the core of SFAI Works is the belief that mentorship in a supportive environment can directly contribute to the critical growth of individuals and their local creative economies.
