EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, SANTA FE ART INSTITUTE (SFAI)
In his role as Director of SFAI, Sanjit was responsible for creating innovative programming that met the needs of a broader community as well as students in two nearby art and design colleges. He created a social entrepreneurship incubator, initiated a design-build workshop for at-risk youth, and formed thematic residencies on subjects of local importance such as Food Justice, Immigration, and Water Rights. As Director of SFAI Sanjit sought to constantly grow and develop new initiatives through active fundraising, cultivating partnerships, supervising staff, participating in strategic planning, and working closely with the members of the Board of Trustees. Additionally, he worked with local and national foundations and other philanthropic organizations and oversaw a complex budget which included multiple sources of revenue.
